This is the third time, i wake up so early, yep, at 03.00 AM, and i still wake up until now 6.32 AM. I think wake up at early morning making my mood well today. Now, i will try get up in early morning every day. I think, it is a simple act that change my life unconsiously. :)
And Wow, researcher from Roehampton University, England, reveal that wake up in early morning making better body, mood, and ideal body mass index. Dr Joerg Huber says, "people who wake up in early morning incline more healthy and ." So, be a morning person guys!
